Cooling the Gigawatt Era of AI

Developing The World's Cleanest, Most Affordable Compute

Data centers, new and existing, shouldn't have to trade performance for sustainability. Wafr builds the cooling infrastructure that makes both possible, reducing cooling energy by up to 80% and water consumption by up to 95%.

Wafr is our small contribution to a big responsibility, the world we hand over to the next generations.

The opportunity

AI is exploding. Barriers are increasing.

Cooling is now the binding constraint for high-density compute. Existing systems cannot scale without exceeding energy and water limits. Wafr addresses the constraint with proprietary closed-loop cooling built specifically for AI workloads.

FRDGE

Wafr proprietary hardware layer

The thermal equivalent of a smart grid: storing cooling in Megawatt capacities, dispatching it, and optimizing performance across the entire facility.

FRDGE is not a component. It is a complete thermal operating system for AI facilities, designed to store, buffer, and dispatch cooling capacity on demand, reduce peak electrical stress, and enable a near-zero-water cooling architecture through closed-loop, air-cooled heat rejection.

Built in layers. See how each works.

From the thermal bottleneck to the platform that breaks through. Watch how FRDGE stores cooling, Thermint orchestrates dispatch with AI, and TerraQuant verifies every kilowatt-hour, drop, and gram of CO2.

ONE CLOSED LOOP

A battery, but for cold.

At night, when grid power is cheap, FRDGE runs the chiller to freeze a special energy-storing liquid, banking cold the way a battery banks charge. During the expensive afternoon peak, that stored cold melts and soaks up the heat coming off the AI chips, so the power-hungry chiller can sit idle.

It skips the expensive hours.

Thermint watches the live grid price and the chips' heat, then decides exactly when to freeze and when to spend the stored cold. So instead of running hardest during the costly afternoon peak (like a normal facility), your cooling load is shifted onto cheap night hours, and the peak gets shaved flat.

Proof you can take to the bank.

TerraQuant measures every kilowatt-hour and litre,
benchmarks the result against a conventional chiller baseline,
and converts the verified difference into auditable, bankable data.

Cold is capital, deploy on command.

FRDGE stores cold by freezing its energy-storing liquid at off-peak rates. Thermint decides when to spend it, keeping the chiller idle at peak. TerraQuant verifies the result: 80% less cooling power, 95% less water, and facilitates carbon credits. One continuous loop.
